Service Delivery & Shipping Policy
Tapsora is software, so most of what you buy is delivered instantly, digitally— there’s nothing to ship. The one physical thing we sell is QR/NFC sticker packs, and this page covers how those reach you too.

The software: instant digital activation
- Your Tapsora account and dashboard are available immediately on signup — the free trial starts the moment you register, no payment needed.
- Paid plan features unlock instantly and automatically once the payment gateway confirms your subscription payment. No waiting period, no manual activation.
- You’ll receive a confirmation on your registered email/phone with your invoice. If features haven’t unlocked within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us — that’s a fault, not a delay.
- Nothing physical is shipped for a software subscription. There are no shipping charges on subscriptions, ever.

Going live
A typical restaurant is live in about 10 minutes: photograph your menu and our import builds it, set your prices, share your ordering link. Onboarding help is included with every plan — reach us at aftabahmed116@gmail.com or +91 72773 47303 and we’ll walk you through setup.

Physical sticker packs: shipping
- QR/NFC sticker packs are printed to order and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery is by reputed courier partners anywhere in India, typically 7–10 business days from order. Tracking details are shared on your registered email/phone at dispatch.
- Packs ship to the restaurant address on your account — please keep it accurate; re-shipping to a corrected address may carry the courier’s re-delivery charge.
- Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly before you order — no surprises at checkout.
Arrived damaged or incomplete? Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll replace it free — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Food delivery is by restaurants, not Tapsora
When you order food through a restaurant’s Tapsora storefront, that delivery is made by the restaurant and its own riders — Tapsora provides the software that powers the ordering and tracking. Delivery areas, times and charges are set by each restaurant and shown before you place the order.
Issues with a food delivery? Start from your live order page (it has the direct line to the restaurant). If that doesn’t resolve it, our grievance process is open to diners too.
